PM-C-4
This machine is suitable for filling the fluid with a weight of 4kg-30kg. A series of operations such as counting into bottles, counting weight filling, and conveying out bottles are completed automatically. It is especially suitable for quantitative filling of liquid, edible oil and lubricating oil. It is an ideal packaging machine for food, medicine, cosmetics and fine chemical industries.
1. This machine adopts programmable controller (PLC) and touch screen for operation control, easy to use and adjust.
2. Each filling head has a weighing and feedback system, which can set the filling volume and adjust the individual micro-adjustment of the filling volume of each head.
3. The photoelectric sensor, proximity switch, etc. are all advanced sensing elements, so that there is no barrel and no filling, and the host will automatically stop and alarm if the barrel is blocked.
4. The filling method is submerged, which can effectively reduce the generation of foam and can meet the filling of materials with different characteristics.
5. The whole machine is manufactured in accordance with GMP standard requirements. Each pipeline side connection adopts quick installation method, which is convenient and quick to disassemble and clean. The parts in contact with materials and exposed parts are made of high-quality stainless steel materials. Our Factory is located in Zhangjiagang City, 2 hours drive from Shanghai and 1 hour drive from Wuxi(airplane & high-speed rail). If you arrive at Shanghai or Wuxi, we can pick you up to visit our factory.
